Returns
We do not accept returns unless the product received is damaged or defective.
To be eligible for a return:
* You must notify us within 3 days of delivery.
* Product must be unused, untampered, and in the original packaging.
* A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.
* Email us at care@sarvarth.in with your Order ID and images of the damaged product.
* Proper unboxing video must be submitted as a necessary support for damaged contents received by the buyer.
Refunds
* Refunds are only considered if the product is received in damaged condition and verified by our team.
* If approved, the refund will be initiated to your original payment method.
* Refund processing begins within 4–5 working days of approval.
* Shipping charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount.
* No refund will be issued for products returned without valid reason or approval.
Refund Timeframe:
Refund credit timelines depend on your bank/payment provider’s policies. Typically, expect the amount within 7–10 working days after processing.
Shipping & Delivery
* Orders are usually dispatched within 3–4 working days.
* Orders are usually delivered within 7-10 working days.
* Delivery timelines may vary based on location and courier performance.
* In case of late delivery beyond declared timeframes, customers may request a refund, subject to product return in original condition.
Return Shipping Charges
Buyers must bear the cost of return shipping. Refunds (if approved) will exclude shipping costs.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges.
Cancellation Policy
* You may cancel your order before dispatch to receive a full refund.
* If the order has shipped but not yet delivered, cancellation is still possible, but shipping/payment gateway charges will be deducted.
* Orders cannot be cancelled once delivered.
Refunds for cancellations will be processed within 24 working hours of confirmation. Gateway settlement may take an additional 3–5 working days.
Freebies or Promotional Offers
If your product was bought under a promotional scheme (with freebies), those must be returned along with the main product for any refund eligibility.
