RETURNS

Refunds/Exchange requests will be accepted only in case the product(s) received by the buyer are in damaged condition. Only such cases will be considered for exchange thereafter.

All returns must be made within 3 days from the day of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the products must be unused, untampered with and in the same condition they were delivered in.

All products must be in their original packaging.

All products must have a receipt or proof of purchase.

REFUNDS

Once received by our team, returned products will be inspected and a notification will be sent to the buyer, confirming that we have received the products. Immediately after inspection, a second notification will be sent regarding the status of the refund.

Refunds will not be provided in the case of damaged goods.

If the return is approved, we will initiate a refund to the buyer’s credit card (or original method of payment).

The credit will be received within a certain amount of days, depending on the card issuer’s policies.

SHIPPING

The buyer will be responsible for bearing the shipping cost of returning products. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

In the event of a refund, shipping costs will be deducted from the total refund amount. To return your products to us, please email us at care@sarvarth.in with your Order No. and Reason for Return. We’ll do our best to help you out in anyway.
